Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

We understand that emergencies happen and appreciate your communication whenever possible. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us serve all clients fairly.

Continued offenses: We reserve the right to refuse future appointments.
